Rebuilding Fort McMurray After The Wildfire
In addition to building in the Edmonton area, we are proud to have been chosen to help lead the rebuild for the resilient, strong people of Fort McMurray. Currently we are rebuilding over 25% of the 2400 homes that were destroyed in Fort McMurray.
To date we have pulled the most permits, rebuilt the most units the fastest, and most importantly got the most people back into their homes the quickest of any of the rebuilds in all of Fort McMurray. Quite a tribute to our team and our trades, and very much appreciated by the good people of Fort McMurray.
I really would like to take a moment to send a huge thank you to Cove properties. We sit here today 2 years since all our lives got turned upside down. It has been a rough 2 years trying to rebuild and replace all that we lost. We are grateful to Cove properties for doing all that they have done for us, for pushing and fighting the city for us on many occasions and ensuring that we all got to go home when so many are still fighting and don’t have the same luxury.
